JOB OVERVIEW

I run a premium coaching brand for high-achieving female founders.
The work is identity-level transformation, not surface strategy.
The brand, IP, offers, and content already exist.
What I need is someone who can take everything that’s been built and make it move.

This is not a simple VA role.
This is a systems integrator role.

You take what exists and turn it into a working, revenue-generating machine.
You connect the tools, close the loops, and tell me what’s missing.

What You’ll Own:

Funnels & Automations
Build and maintain opt-in flows, application funnels, and sales pages in GoHighLevel
Offer Delivery
Set up and manage programs and client experience in Kajabi

Email Systems
Implement and manage nurture flows, launch sequences, and post-quiz funnels
Backend Organization
Maintain Notion OS, Google Drive, SOPs, nothing gets lost or sits unused
Tech Integration
Connect funnel ? CRM ? email ? calendar ? delivery into one system
Gap Identification
Flag what’s missing, broken, or not converting
Launch Execution
Hold timelines and ensure everything actually goes live

Who You Are:

3+ years as an OBM or systems integrator in a coaching or high-ticket personal brand
You think in flows, not tasks
You take messy inputs and return clean structure
One briefing is enough, you own execution from there
You challenge what you see, you don’t stay silent
You care about the quality of what you build

This Role Is NOT For You If:

You only follow instructions without thinking
You need step-by-step direction for everything
You’ve never built funnels or automations independently
You don’t understand how operations connect to revenue
You execute in isolation and don’t speak up

Important:
I’m not looking for someone who just executes.

I want someone who:
Sees what I don’t
Simplifies systems
Improves how things are built
