We’re looking for a fast, execution-focused Social Media & Content Creator to own the day-to-day content engine behind our brand. This role is responsible for creating content, writing captions and hooks, managing scheduling and publishing, tracking performance, and optimizing content based on what actually drives attention and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Execution & Channel Management
-Own the day-to-day execution of social media content across Instagram,
-Build, manage, and maintain a content calendar that supports brand awareness, engagement, audience growth, and lead generation
-Handle content scheduling, publishing, placement, and ongoing channel management
-Ensure all content is posted accurately, on time, and optimized for each platform
Content Creation & Copy
-Create, edit, and publish short-form and long-form content for digital channels
-Write post copy, captions, hooks, calls to action, and platform-specific verbiage that improve engagement and content performance
-Repurpose existing content into reels, short clips, graphics, carousels, and promotional assets
-Edit video content with strong attention to storytelling, pacing, subtitles, branding, and formatting across multiple platforms
-Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual presentation, and messaging across all content
Performance Optimization
-Track content performance beyond surface-level metrics, with attention to hooks, watch time, retention, engagement quality, and creative performance
-Identify what is working, what is not, and recommend content adjustments based on performance data
-Apply testing and optimization thinking to improve content results over time
-Stay current on platform trends, content formats, and best practices that can strengthen reach and performance
Marketing Support
-Support broader marketing efforts through content creation for
-Assist with writing and editing marketing copy as needed
-Research audience behavior, competitor activity, and content opportunities
-Organize digital assets and maintain efficient file and project management
Qualifications
-Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and content execution
-Strong video editing skills for short-form and long-form content; motion graphics or advanced editing experience is a plus
-Strong copywriting skills, including the ability to write captions, hooks, and platform-specific messaging
-Strong understanding of major social media platforms, content best practices, audience engagement, and brand positioning
-Experience with content scheduling, publishing, and day-to-day channel management
-Ability to analyze performance through metrics such as retention, watch time, engagement, and creative effectiveness
-Familiarity with analytics, reporting, and digital marketing support such as
-Experience using content creation, scheduling, and editing tools
-Able to work independently, move quickly, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment
-Organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable owning projects from idea to final delivery
-Interested in a long-term role with room to grow
