JOB OVERVIEW

The Roof Claims Admin Assistant will support the claims process by making calls and following up with insurance companies on behalf of clients. This role requires knowledge of insurance claims procedures, strong communication skills, and attention to detail to ensure accurate updates and smooth claim handling.
This role is part-time only but with high possibility of being full time based on the performance.
