Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations, membership coordination, and light finance-related tasks.
This role is primarily administrative and clerical in nature, with limited support for invoicing and payment tracking. You will work closely with our internal team and existing accountant to ensure smooth, accurate, and well-organized operations.
Please note: This is not a full accounting role. Advanced accounting or bookkeeping experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative / Operations (Primary)
Provide general administrative support for daily business operations
Assist with data entry, file organization, and document management
Maintain and update spreadsheets and trackers (Excel / Google Sheets)
Manage
Scheduling and coordination
Assist with membership or client records
Finance Support (Light Only)
Create and send invoices
Send past due notices and maintain accurate payment records
Track payments and update records
Follow up on overdue invoices
Enter transactions into QuickBooks (no advanced accounting)
Must-Have:
Strong experience in organizational, administrative or virtual assistant roles
Experience with data entry and office support tasks
Basic knowledge of QuickBooks or similar tools
Excellent written and verbal communication
Basic Canva Graphic Design Skills and Video Editing Skills

Compensation:
