We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Bilingual Virtual Assistant (Spanish & English) to manage live chat support while helping improve user experience and increase conversion rates across a fast-paced online platform.

This role is ideal for someone who can confidently communicate with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking users, engage in real-time conversations, and guide users toward successful outcomes.

Work Setup
-Remote (Work from Home)
-Part-Time: 20 hours per week
-Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM (CST)

What You’ll Be Doing
-Handle live chat interactions with users in both Spanish and English
-Assist users with inquiries related to deposits, account navigation, and platform usage
-Guide users effectively to improve conversion rates and overall satisfaction
-Monitor user behavior and identify opportunities to optimize chat responses and flows
-Provide insights and suggestions to enhance the chat experience and user journey
-Perform light administrative tasks during quieter periods

What a Typical Day Looks Like
-Responding to live chat messages in Spanish and English in real time
-Supporting users through key actions (e.g., completing deposits)
-Observing trends in user behavior and identifying friction points
-Recommending improvements to scripts, workflows, and engagement strategies

Must-Have Skills
-Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and conversational)
-Proven experience in customer support or live chat roles
-Strong written communication skills with a clear, engaging tone
-Ability to multitask and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
-Understanding of conversion-focused communication
-Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to user assistance
-Experience in iGaming or similar industries
-Familiarity with CRM tools or live chat platforms
-Background in conversion optimization or sales support
