JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Reddit Community Manager & Growth Specialist (Full-Time, Remote)

Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive based on amount of accounts

What You’ll Do
Community Engagement
Actively participate in relevant subreddits (commenting, upvoting, engaging in discussions)
Build genuine relationships with Reddit users
Respond to posts in a helpful, non-promotional way
Content Creation
Write high-quality Reddit posts that feel natural and authentic
Share experiences, insights, and educational content that resonates with users
Occasionally reference our brand where appropriate and allowed
Subreddit Research
Identify high-potential subreddits for engagement and growth
Analyze top-performing posts and comments
Track trends, tone, and language used in successful threads
Strategy Development
Develop Reddit engagement strategies based on real data
Suggest new content angles, hooks, and formats
Continuously test and improve performance
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of Reddit culture, etiquette, and rules
Experience growing or managing Reddit accounts or communities
Excellent written English (native-level tone preferred)
Ability to write in a natural, conversational, non-salesy way
Analytical mindset (can identify patterns in viral content)
Highly organized and consistent
Bonus (Nice to Have)
Experience in health, fitness, or weight loss communities
Familiarity with GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide)
Experience with viral or high-engagement Reddit posts
Important Notes
We prioritize authentic engagement over spam or automation
All activity must follow Reddit’s rules and subreddit guidelines
This role is about blending in, adding value, and building trust
