About Cloud Campaign

Cloud Campaign is a social media marketing platform designed for digital agencies. Our mission is to make launching, managing, and scaling a marketing agency accessible to everyone. Our platform enhances agency productivity while strengthening client relationships.

We’ve recently created a premium, "done-for-you" social media fulfillment service designed specifically for agencies called CloudStudio. It handles the entire production lifecycle - from custom strategy and high-impact content creation to automated scheduling and client approvals - allowing clients to scale their roster without increasing overhead.

Role Summary

As a CloudStudio Editor, your sole focus will be refining AI-generated content and
captions within our proprietary Approval system. You will ensure all brand assets meet
our high quality standards and align perfectly with client feedback. This is a fast-paced, remote role requiring a sharp eye for detail and quick turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities
Edit Content: Content needs to be edited within 24 hours after it has been generated or feedback has been left. You’ll be sent Approvals for each customer workspace that needs to have content edits. All edits will be completed with AI. You do not need graphic design experience. There are typically two rounds of edits:
First Round
Images: Make edits to any incorrect AI images (ex: extra hands, gibberish text, etc)
Captions: Make edits to captions that have errors.
Second Round
All edits to Images and Captions will be made based on the client’s feedback left on the Approvals
Additional Rounds (If needed)
All additional edits to Images and Captions will be made based on the client’s feedback left on the Approvals

Follow Up with Cloud Campaign Point of Contact
Once the First Round of content has been edited, alert the POC so they can share the edited content with the client.
Repeat for the Second Round and Additional Rounds, if needed.

Estimated Time: Per client depends on how many workspaces CloudStudio is active. Below is a breakdown of how long it typically takes per workspace Approval.
First Round of Edits = 10-30 minutes per Approval
Second Round of Edits = 20-60 minutes per Approval
This heavily depends on how much feedback the client has left for editing.
Third Round of Edits = 10-30 minutes per Approval
This also depends on how much feedback the client has left for editing, but typically is lighter after the second round.

Tips for Editing Content:

When reviewing and editing the first round of AI generated content, we’re looking for the following things to revise:
If the caption does not follow the post strategy based on the Campaign Brief
If there are images with clear anatomical or physics issues
If there are images that obviously seem wrong for the brand
Example: While reviewing a restaurant’s content, there was one picture where it clearly looked like a table in someone's home instead of a restaurant table, and the food was an item the restaurant didn’t sell.

Approval Editor: Use words like “CRITICAL” and “STRICT” when editing images.
Example: CRITICAL: Ensure the packaging matches exactly what is displayed in reference images 2 - 3 and the dimensions correctly match the reference photos. Reference photo 2 shows the container that salads and grain bowls must be in. Reference photo 3 shows the container that soups must be in. Do NOT change the contents of the bowls from the original image. STRICT: All utensils must be plastic to-go utensils.
