This is a full-time remote role dedicated entirely to content formatting and scheduling across our social media platforms. You won't be creating content from scratch. our team supplies the raw material. Your job is to take what we give you, make it look great, and get it scheduled and published on time, every time.
What You'll Do:
Take raw content (videos, photos, captions, voice notes) from the team and format it for Instagram,
Resize and optimize content for each platform's specs
Write and refine captions using our brand voice (warm, professional, community-focused)
Schedule all posts using Buffer, Later, or similar tools
Maintain a weekly content calendar and keep it updated
Track post performance and send a simple weekly summary
Coordinate with our admin team (Marj and Fixcy) to stay aligned on listings and announcements
Flag any urgent or time-sensitive content for same-day turnaround
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience managing social media for a real estate agent, team, or small business
Proficient with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or equivalent)
Strong eye for clean, professional formatting
Reliable, self-managed, and deadline-driven — we need zero hand-holding
Clear written English communication
Bonus: Canva or basic graphic design skills
Bonus: Familiarity with Bay Area real estate or U.S. market
Schedule & Expectations:
Full-time availability (40 hrs/week)
Must be reachable during Pacific Time business hours for urgent content
Weekly check-in with team lead
