JOB OVERVIEW

We are a real estate investment company based in the U.S. looking for an expert WordPress web developer to help us migrate and rebuild our website from Investor Carrot to WordPress. We are looking for someone who understands real estate investor websites, conversion-focused design, and lead generation system/CRM integration (Reference ---------- as a cash home buyer website example). Our current Carrot site handles all inbound leads. You will be responsible for rebuilding and improving this system on WordPress.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Migrating our existing Investor Carrot website to WordPress
Rebuilding all core pages (Home, City Pages, Landing Pages, etc.)
Improving design, layout, and conversion optimization
Optimizing site speed, mobile performance, and user experience
Integrating forms, tracking, and lead capture systems
Rebuilding all lead capture forms (Get My Cash Offer form, Step 2: more details form)
Setting up form tools (Gravity Forms, WPForms, or similar)
Integrating forms with a CRM (GoHighLevel, or Podio)
Creating a reliable system to push leads into Podio for pipeline tracking

Required Experience:

Strong experience building websites in WordPress
Experience working with real estate websites (investors preferred)
Familiarity with Investor Carrot platform
Experience migrating websites without losing rankings
Ability to design clean, modern, high-converting pages
Experience setting up lead capture systems + CRM integrations

Preferred:

Experience with cash home buyer / motivated seller websites
Experience with GoHighLevel CRM
Familiarity with Podio integrations

Someone who can improve what we have, not just copy it
