Full-Time Recruiter (LinkedIn Profile Sourcing Specialist)
Location: Philippines (Remote)
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We’re looking for a high-performing recruiter to join our team full-time and take ownership of sourcing and securing LinkedIn profiles at scale.
This is not a typical recruiting role, we need someone resourceful, creative, and relentless in finding talent across multiple platforms, not just traditional job boards.

What You’ll Be Doing
Source and recruit LinkedIn profiles (primary focus)
Identify and engage candidates across:

Facebook
groups
Reddit
Online forums
Job boards
Other creative sourcing channels
Run outreach campaigns and manage conversations with candidates
Test new sourcing strategies (including paid channels like Facebook Ads)
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified profiles
Track and report recruitment performance

Requirements
3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing
Proven track record of sourcing candidates outside traditional channels
Experience recruiting or working with LinkedIn profiles (BIG plus)
Experience with profile rentals or similar models (HUGE plus)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Highly proactive and self-driven
Creative thinker — able to find candidates where others aren’t looking

Bonus Points (Nice to Have)
Experience running Facebook Ads for recruitment
Familiarity with Reddit and niche communities
Background in growth hacking or lead generation
