About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled IT/Shopify Specialist who is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing our Shopify store, supporting internal tech systems, and ensuring a seamless digital experience for our customers.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining site performance, implementing new features, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating across teams to support growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
-Manage, maintain, and optimize our Shopify store (themes, apps, integrations)
-Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance concerns
-Implement and customize Shopify themes
-Monitor site speed, uptime, and overall performance
-Manage and integrate third-party apps, APIs, and tools
-Support product uploads, collections, and site merchandising
-Ensure website security, data integrity, and backup processes
-Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on campaigns, launches, and site updates
-Analyze site performance metrics and recommend improvements
-Provide internal IT support for team tools and systems as needed

Qualifications
-Proven experience managing Shopify stores (required)
-Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystem, themes, and apps
-Experience with eCommerce tools and integrations (e.g., Klaviyo, Gorgias, etc)
-Familiarity with SEO best practices and site optimization
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
-Experience working in a remote, collaborative environment
-Basic knowledge of APIs and system integrations is a plus
