We are a service business built on content-driven lead generation. We operate multiple web properties across several verticals and generate inbound leads through SEO, programmatic content, and short-form video. We move fast, build things ourselves, and use AI heavily across everything we do.
We're hiring a full-time developer to own our technical infrastructure and help us build and grow.
What You'll Work On:
Migrating existing WordPress/Elementor sites to Next.js with Sanity CMS
Building new vertical marketing sites from the ground up
Maintaining and improving a portfolio of live web properties
Building and integrating AI-assisted content pipelines and automation workflows
Programmatic SEO — generating large volumes of location-specific and topic-specific pages from structured data
API integrations across platforms including analytics, ads, CRM, and call tracking
What We're Looking For:
Solid experience with Next.js — App Router, static generation, and dynamic routing
Hands-on Sanity CMS experience — schema design, GROQ queries, Portable Text, and live preview/visual editing
Familiarity with AI tools and systems — you don't need to be an ML engineer, but you need to understand how to work with LLM APIs, prompting logic, and AI-assisted workflows
Comfort with Cursor or similar AI-powered development environments
Experience with Vercel deployment and modern CI/CD workflows
Strong TypeScript fundamentals
An eye for clean, performant frontend UI — we build sites that need to convert
Nice to Have:
Experience with Payload CMS or other headless CMS platforms
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, JSON-LD schema markup, and SEO technical fundamentals
Experience with Supabase or similar database/backend-as-a-service platforms
Availability:
This is a full-time remote role. You must be available for at least half of the standard U.S. Eastern Time business day. Overlap during morning or midday EST hours is preferred for collaboration and communication.
Who Thrives Here:
You're a builder, not just a maintainer. You're comfortable working with incomplete specs and figuring things out. You've used AI tools enough that they're a genuine part of your workflow, not a novelty. You take ownership of your work and don't need to be micromanaged.
