The Savvy Expat is a done-for-you relocation company that helps American retirees navigate the A-Z logistics of moving abroad. As we grow, we're looking for a talented and driven Full-Time Digital Assistant to join our team in a hybrid capacity.
About the Role
This is a full-time hybrid position — 8 hours a day, with on-site work based in Makati and BGC (applicants must be based in Manila or willing to work in the area). You'll work closely with us on everything from backend operations and AI-powered automations to social media content and on-camera marketing.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handle backend tasks and day-to-day digital operations to keep things running smoothly
- Build and manage AI automations to streamline our workflows
- Take full ownership of our social media presence (strategy, content scheduling, posting, and community engagement across all platforms)
- Participate in on-site filming for our marketing content (being comfortable on and behind the camera is a must)
- Write compelling, conversion-driven copy for posts, captions, and campaigns
Who We're Looking For
- Fast learning young professional
- Tech-savvy with solid experience in AI tools and automation
- Strong copywriting skills
- Hands-on social media management experience (at least 3 years of experience)
- Comfortable on and behind the camera for content filming for marketing
- Based in Manila (on-site work is in Makati and BGC)
- Self drive, takes initiative, who doesn't need to be micromanaged
Compensation
Starting salary is P20k - P25k/month depending on the level of experience. We will provide increases based on performance. We're invested in growing with the right person.
