ABOUT US

HospiceShield Compliance is a fast growing California hospice compliance consulting firm. We are a lean remote team that moves fast and builds smart. We run our entire operation on GoHighLevel and we need someone who knows that platform inside and out to keep everything running smoothly and growing.

WHAT THIS JOB IS

This is a part time remote tech role. You will own and maintain our GoHighLevel account day to day. You will be the person the team calls when something needs to be built, fixed, or improved. This is not a learning opportunity — we need someone who already knows GHL and can hit the ground running on day one.

There is also potential for additional project work across other businesses in our portfolio for the right person.

YOUR DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain all GHL workflows and automation sequences and make sure they are firing correctly every day.

Troubleshoot any issues that come up with workflows, pipelines, calendars, or integrations and resolve them within 2 to 4 hours.

Build new automations and workflows as the business grows and new needs come up.

Maintain and update email and SMS templates inside GHL.

Manage team user accounts and permissions inside GHL.

Maintain integrations between GHL and Stripe, Google Drive, and Slack.

Support landing page and funnel updates inside GHL Sites.

Monitor the GHL chat widget and AI agent configurations and keep them running correctly.

Assist with Google Ads conversion tracking and make sure tracking tags are firing correctly.

Support the team with GHL questions and training as needed.

Respond to the team same day on all tech issues — within 2 to 4 hours during business hours Monday through Friday.

YOU MUST HAVE THESE SKILLS — NO EXCEPTIONS

GoHighLevel — real hands on experience building inside GHL. Not just using it as an end user but actually building workflows, automations, pipelines, AI agents, calendars, funnels, and integrations from scratch. We will ask you specific technical questions during the interview and we will know immediately if you have genuine experience or not.

Stripe to GHL integration — you have connected Stripe to GHL before and built payment triggered workflows.

GHL AI agents — you have configured the GHL Conversation AI and Appointment Booking AI before.

GHL email campaigns — you have built email sequences and campaigns inside GHL and understand sending domain setup and deliverability.

Google Drive integration — you have connected Google Drive to GHL workflows before.

Slack notifications — you have set up Slack alerts triggered by GHL automations before.

Basic website and landing page updates — you can make simple edits to pages built inside GHL Sites.

THESE SKILLS ARE A BONUS BUT NOT REQUIRED

Google Ads management and optimization DNS and domain management including SPF DKIM and DMARC records Basic HTML knowledge Experience with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT Experience with Instantly or other cold email platforms

Four — your availability and your hourly rate. Tell us how many hours per week you are available and what you charge per hour.
