We operate in a fast-paced, content-driven environment and focus on delivering polished visuals that perform across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Sterling Media is hiring a Social Media Assistant to support content production for brands and creators. This is a full-time (up to 40 hrs/week), remote role with flexible workload and potential long-term work. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and fast. This is not a basic VA role. You will be creating and editing content daily.

What You’ll Do
- Enhance images (product photos) using AI tools
- Edit short-form videos (30–60 sec)
- Create simple graphics (thumbnails, post covers, carousels)
- Add captions, hooks, text overlays, and basic effects
- Resize content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
- Organize files and content in Google Drive
- Help with content ideas, captions, and workflow support

Requirements
- Experience with CapCut and Canva
- Comfortable using AI tools for content creation
- Strong English communication (written and basic verbal)
- Good attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Reliable internet and consistent availability
- Able to work aligned with California (PST) time

Work Details
- Up to 40 hours/week (20 hours/week to start during a 30–60 day training and review period, then hours increased to 40 hours/week)
- Tasks assigned with clear deadlines
- 1–2 day turnaround for most deliverables
- Fully remote

- Hourly rate
