JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-growing real estate company helping homeowners sell quickly and stress-free.
We’re looking for a lead manager who loves talking to people, building trust, and helping move deals forward.
This is NOT just an admin role—you’ll be speaking with real homeowners and helping guide them through selling their property.

What You’ll Do:
Call & text new leads within minutes
Build rapport and understand their situation
Ask questions about condition, timeline, motivation
Set appointments for our acquisitions team
Follow up consistently (this is HUGE)
Update our CRM (Podio) with clean notes

What We’re Looking For:
CLEAR and CONFIDENT English (very important)
Friendly, warm, and natural on the phone
Strong communicator (not robotic)
Sales or call experience is a plus
Reliable and fast responder

Compensation:
Base pay + bonuses per closed deal
Opportunity to grow with the company
