Who we’re looking for
We need a part-time video editor (with potential for full time) who can take organized footage and turn it into high-quality reels—in a timely manner, and with attention to detail.
This is a production-focused role, but we value people who take pride in their work and look for small ways to improve it.
You’ll be:
Editing short-form content
Adding subtitles
Cleaning up pacing
Occasionally tightening hooks or flow when obvious
Clipping from longer form videos
Adding intros/outtros
You don’t need to reinvent anything, But you should care about making things better.
Key Responsibilities
Edit 10+ reels per week
Deliver same-day turnaround
Follow a clear editing structure
Maintain consistent quality across all videos with minimal revisions once you are up to speed on process
Communicate clearly and hit deadlines
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Experience editing short-form content (Reels/TikTok)
Comfortable using CapCut, submagic or similar tools
Strong attention to detail
Fast and reliable
Able to follow instructions and improve over time
