JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented marketing assistant to help manage social media content, GoHighLevel (CRM), and daily campaign reporting.

This role is focused on execution, not strategy. You will be responsible for posting content, managing systems, and keeping campaigns organized.

Responsibilities:

* Edit and post Facebook Reels daily
* Upload and manage content across platforms
* Manage GoHighLevel (CRM, workflows, pipelines)
* Send daily reports (leads, campaign performance, activity)
* Assist with campaign setup and tracking

Requirements:

* Experience editing short-form video (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
* Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM tools
* Strong attention to detail
* Good written English
* Ability to follow instructions and systems

Nice to have:

* Experience with paid ads reporting
* Basic understanding of marketing funnels
* Experience working with agencies

Important:
This is not a strategy role. We are looking for someone who can execute tasks quickly and consistently.
