JOB OVERVIEW

Video Content Assistant (Part-Time, Remote)
We produce short-form video content for social media and need a detail-oriented VA to handle post-production and scheduling. We post similar videos accross multiple accounts. Your core task: download raw video clips from a shared Google Drive folder and apply 40 different caption styles to create 40 unique exports per video, then schedule all variations across platforms using SocialPilot. So 1) take one video 2) create 40 variations 3) and then schedule posting across all accounts.

Expected volume is 20-25 videos a week (times 40x variations so ---------- videos total], meaning you may be producing and scheduling hundreds of exports weekly so speed and consistency are essential. These variations do NOT require major or complex edits betyween varaitions.

You must be comfortable working inside Google Drive, video editing or captioning tools, and social media scheduling platforms — prior experience with any AI caption tool is a strong plus. Attention to detail matters: exports need to be named correctly, organized by style, and scheduled to the right platform and time slot without errors. This is repetitive, process-driven work and you must be someone who executes systems reliably without needing hand-holding.
