JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are a US-based company that places phone specialists at American personal injury law firms. We are currently hiring for multiple client accounts and expanding our team.
In this role, you will speak with potential clients of US law firms by phone. These are individuals who have been injured in a ---------- and are considering legal representation. Your responsibility is to listen carefully, understand their situation, explain how the legal process works, and help them take the next step toward getting assistance.
We provide full training on legal terminology, intake procedures, and US-specific context. No prior experience in law or call centers is required. What we cannot train is natural conversational ability — the capacity to build trust quickly, respond to hesitation, and guide a conversation toward a positive outcome.


Qualifications

Clear, conversational English (spoken and written)
Strong interpersonal and listening skills
Comfortable speaking with strangers by phone for extended periods
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
Willingness to work US business hours (night shift Philippine time)
No prior call center or legal experience required


Compensation

Base salary: $650 USD/month
Performance bonuses based on conversion quality — top performers earn $900+/month
Paid training period
Long-term employment for strong performers


How to Apply

We use a short AI-powered assessment instead of a traditional interview. The assessment is conducted through our platform at persuasive.live and takes approximately 15–20 minutes to complete. No preparation or prior knowledge is needed.
The assessment consists of three short simulated phone conversations:

1. General persuasion scenario — You will speak with a hesitant individual and try to help them take a reasonable next step. No specialized knowledge required.
2. General persuasion scenario — A second conversation with a different situation and a different type of hesitation.
3. Legal intake scenario — You will speak with someone who has been in an a ---------- and is considering contacting a lawyer. Brief context will be provided before the conversation begins.

Each conversation is approximately 5–6 minutes. You will be evaluated on listening ability, conversational clarity, ability to handle hesitation, and overall communication quality — not on legal knowledge.
