JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based real estate appraisal company working with attorneys on estate and probate matters. We are launching email outreach campaigns using Instantly AI and are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to manage and maintain these campaigns.

We are looking for someone with REAL experience using Instantly AI (or similar cold email platforms) who can take over weekly campaign management and keep everything running smoothly.

?? This is NOT for beginners.
You must already know how to use Instantly AI or similar tools.

Your Responsibilities:

Upload weekly lead lists from Excel into Instantly AI
Clean and organize Excel files before uploading (remove unnecessary columns, format properly)
Import and manage leads inside campaigns
Monitor campaign performance (deliverability, bounce rate, reply rate)
Make small adjustments if needed (pause, resume, troubleshoot)
Tag and organize incoming replies
Notify us of interested leads (no sales required)
Provide a simple weekly update

Requirements:

Experience using Instantly AI OR similar tools (Smartlead, Lemlist, etc.)
Experience uploading leads and managing email campaigns
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
High attention to detail
Reliable internet and ability to communicate clearly
Ability to follow instructions and repeat a system weekly
