Sales Rep and Appointment Setter
(B2B Outbound and Lead Generation Specialist)
Who we are
We are a fast growing performance marketing agency working with serious clients who spend substantial amount per month on lead generation. We are expanding and need someone sharp, resourceful, and self driven to help us connect with the right prospects at scale.
You will report directly to the Operations Manager and Founders. There are no layers between you and the people making decisions.
What this role is about
This is a pure outbound role. Your job is to find the right people, open conversations, and book qualified calls for the team. We will give you the target industries and ideal client profiles. From there, you own the process building lists, writing outreach, following up, and filling the calendar.

Core responsibilities
>Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Search, and other research tools
>Send daily LinkedIn connection requests and follow up messages to qualified prospects
>Write and send personalized cold
>Maintain clean, organized, and up to date prospect lists inside the CRM
>Follow up consistently across all active leads until there is a clear outcome
>Book discovery calls and coordinate scheduling for the founders
>Log all outreach activity accurately in ClickUp and the CRM daily
>Communicate updates, blockers, and wins clearly through Slack every day
Requirements
>Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for identifying and reaching high value B2B leads
>Strong written English with the ability to write outreach messages that feel personal, not templated
>Experience with cold
>Comfortable working inside a CRM to manage and track your full pipeline
>Highly organized and able to manage a large number of active prospects simultaneously
>Takes initiative and works independently without needing to be chased
>Available full time during BST business hours
Bonus experience
>Background in B2B, SaaS, lead generation, or performance marketing industries
>Experience booking calls for a high ticket or agency offer
>Familiarity with outreach tools such as Apollo, Instantly, or Smartlead
Logic question (Required)
You have been given a target industry: digital marketing agencies in the UK with 10 to 50 employees that are actively running paid ads for clients. You have LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Search, and Google Workspace available. You have no existing data and your first task is to book 5 discovery calls within 7 days.
Walk us through exactly what you would do from day one. How do you build your list, who do you target, what does your outreach message look like, and how do you follow up? Be specific.
We are not looking for a perfect answer. We want to see how you think, how you plan, and whether you can execute independently without being told every step.
