Role Overview
We’re looking for a Video Editor who understands both performance marketing and consumer trust.
This role goes beyond editing—you’ll help transform ideas, research, and customer insights into high-converting video content that educates, builds credibility, and drives action.
You should understand how to balance direct-response frameworks with a clean, premium, wellness-focused brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
Edit high-performing video ads for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta
Produce educational VSLs and product-focused videos that clearly communicate benefits and differentiation
Turn raw footage, UGC, testimonials, and scripts into engaging, trust-building content
Implement direct-response principles in a way that feels natural and not overly salesy
Highlight key differentiators like:
Hydroxyapatite vs. fluoride
Non-toxic ingredients
Family-safe formulations
Add captions, motion graphics, and visuals that simplify complex health concepts
Create multiple variations of creatives (hooks, messaging angles, formats)
Optimize videos based on performance data (CTR, retention, conversion rate)
Collaborate with creative strategists on messaging and iteration cycles
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience editing eCommerce ads, wellness brands, or educational VSLs
Strong understanding of direct-response marketing + trust-based storytelling
Ability to create scroll-stopping but brand-aligned hooks
Skilled in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar
Experience working with:
UGC-style content
Testimonials and before/after narratives
Strong sense of pacing, clarity, and emotional resonance
Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Bonus Points
Experience in health, wellness, or personal care brands
Understanding of clean ingredient positioning and consumer skepticism
Familiarity with TikTok-native and educational-first content styles
Experience simplifying science-backed messaging into engaging visuals
Basic motion design skills
