We are hiring an AI Content Operations & Performance Lead to manage content flow, coordinate creators, and ensure content is not only created—but published, optimized, and performing.
This is not an editing role. This is not a design role.
This is a systems, coordination, and performance role.
What You Will Be Responsible For
1. Content Operations & Workflow Management
Manage content across multiple client accounts
Ensure content moves from:
idea ? creation ? approval ? publishing
Identify and remove bottlenecks in the process
Keep creators accountable to deadlines and output expectations
2. Creator Coordination & Leadership
Work directly with content creators (video, social, copy)
Provide clear direction on:
Hooks
Formats
Content improvements
Ensure creators are producing consistent, on-brand, high-performing content
3. Brand Voice & Style Guide Management
Maintain and enforce:
Brand voice
Messaging frameworks
Style guides
Ensure all content aligns with brand standards across accounts
4. Content Performance Tracking
Review weekly content performance across platforms (Instagram,
Identify:
What is working (patterns)
What is not working
Provide clear, actionable feedback to creators
Help improve performance week over week
5. AI Workflow Integration
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) to:
Organize content systems
Improve speed and consistency
Support creators with prompts and frameworks
Continuously refine internal systems for scalability
What Success Looks Like (First 30–60 Days)
Content is moving faster across all accounts
Fewer delays and missed deadlines
Clear visibility into performance
Creators are improving based on your direction
Brand voice is more consistent across content
Output volume increases without sacrificing quality
Requirements
Strong understanding of social media content performance (hooks, engagement, formats)
Experience managing or coordinating content teams or creators
Ability to think in systems, not tasks
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience using or willingness to adopt AI tools for content workflows
Time Zone Requirement
Must be available for at least 4–5 hours overlap with U.S. Central Time
This is critical for working with our team and creators in real-time
