???? Social Media Manager (E-commerce Agency) – Lynq & Flow

We are Lynq & Flow, an agency specialized in building backends for e-commerce businesses and recruiting high-quality teams. We work with 100+ shops and help founders fully outsource their customer service and operations.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who creates and posts content daily on Instagram, develops creatives based on our brand guidelines, and actively finds, follows, and engages with e-commerce founders through comments and DMs. You understand how to grow organically, build communities, and generate leads through social media. You will also actively search for partnership opportunities with coaches and communities in the e-commerce space and move these leads toward calls.

You will create content such as tips & tricks about backends and customer service, testimonials, and educational posts, with the goal of positioning us as the go-to authority in e-commerce operations. You also keep track of interactions and leads, and follow up personally to turn them into collaborations.

We’re looking for someone with experience in content creation and social media strategy, strong communication and outreach skills, a proactive mindset, and an interest in e-commerce.

Important: you must send your portfolio and show the creatives you have made.

You’ll be working with a fast-growing agency, have a lot of ownership and creative freedom, and make a direct impact on our growth, leads, and partnerships.
