ORDER MANAGEMENT & SUPPLIER OPERATIONS VA – SHOPIFY ECOMMERCE (REMOTE)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We run several growing Shopify dropshipping stores. Every day there are open orders that need follow-up — supplier delays, address issues, refunds, missing tracking. We need someone who owns that pipeline end-to-end so nothing slips.
You will not be left guessing. From day one you get SOPs, ready-made
This is a long-term role. We are not looking for someone for one month — we want someone we can grow with, give more responsibility to, and pay more over time.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Monitor open orders across multiple Shopify stores every day

- Reply to customers about order issues using our existing templates
- Process refunds accurately and log them
- Track stock with suppliers and flag when products need to be paused or relisted
- Keep daily tracking sheets clean and up to date
- Send a short End-of-Day report: what was opened, what was closed, what is still pending

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on experience in ecommerce order management, supplier coordination, or dropshipping operations (any combination works — we care about skills, not job titles)
- Able to juggle 30+ open issues across multiple stores without losing track
- Clear, professional written English
- Comfortable in Google Sheets and able to follow detailed SOPs
- Takes initiative — when something is unclear, proposes a solution instead of waiting
- Reliable computer and stable internet

NICE-TO-HAVES
- Direct experience inside the Shopify admin
- Experience with parcel tracking tools (17track, Parcel Panel, AfterShip, etc.)
- Experience preventing chargebacks or working with dispute teams
- Experience negotiating with Chinese suppliers (CJ, LST, agents, etc.)

SCHEDULE — READ THIS BEFORE APPLYING
This role is 7 days a week, 4–6 hours per day. Orders come in every day, including weekends, and they need to be handled every day. If you cannot commit to working 7 days a week, please do not apply — we will not make exceptions, and applying anyway only wastes both our time.
In return, the daily hours stay light (4–6 hours), the work is structured, and good performance is rewarded with raises and bonuses.
