JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a video editor who actually cares about the final product.

• Not someone who speed-runs edits.
• Not someone who just throws clips together.

• We want someone who understands what makes content convert AND feel good to watch.

**What We’re Looking For:**
• Someone who takes pride in their work
• Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and retention
• Ability to edit for performance (ads, engagement, scroll-stopping ---------- nts)
• Ability to adapt to different styles (nostalgic / Y2K / raw footage vibes)
• Willing to go the extra mile to make an edit hit
• Able to think for themselves and go beyond given instructions
• Brings creative input, not just execution
• Open to feedback and improving with each version
• Must be comfortable using CapCut (required)

**THE TYPE OF CONTENT**

• Short-form content (TikTok / Reels)
• Paid ads + organic content
• Product-focused storytelling
• Hook-driven, fast-paced, high-retention edits
• Nostalgic, raw, “real-life” aesthetic (not overproduced)

**NOT A FIT IF YOU**

• Rush through edits just to deliver fast
• Don’t understand hooks or retention
• Only follow instructions without adding creative thought
• Reuse the same style on everything
• Don’t pay attention to small details (this matters a lot)

• Put them in a Google Drive folder

• Make sure access is enabled and send the link
• Include a short note on how you approach editing
