Media Resellers is looking for an experienced Web Developer to join our team in a part-time role that may transition into full-time after a 3-month probationary period based on performance, reliability, and overall fit.

We are not looking for entry-level applicants.

We need someone who already has real experience, can work efficiently, can follow instructions, can communicate properly, and can complete tasks with less to no micromanagement.

We care about results, quality of work, reliability, and updates. We do not use time trackers. As long as the work is completed properly, on time, and as expected, that is what matters to us.

We use ClickUp for task management, so experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools is a plus.

We also offer performance-based bonuses, including for new tea ---------- mbers who perform well.

(ABOUT THE ROLE)

You will be helping with development and ecommerce-related work across different projects. This includes website building, edits, fixes, page design implementation, theme work, ecommerce support on Shopify when asked, and using AI tools to assist with content and multimedia-related tasks when needed.

You must already have solid experience with most or all of the following:
- Custom WordPress development
- Custom WordPress themes
- Elementor
- Divi
- WooCommerce
- Ecommerce websites
- Website fixes and updates
- Working independently with minimal supervision
- Using AI tools such as ChatGPT for copywriting or task support
- Using AI tools such as Veo 3.1 or similar models/tools for multimedia needs

(PLUS POINTS IF YOU ALSO HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH)

- Shopify
- Shopify Liquid
- Shopify theme edits/customization
- Ecommerce conversion-focused development
- ClickUp or similar task/project management systems

We are looking for someone who can do the job properly without needing excessive back-and-forth for every small step.

We do not want someone who waits around too much or asks unnecessary questions when the task is already clear. Of course, smart clarifying questions are fine when truly needed, but overall we want someone who can take ownership, move efficiently, and get things done.

We will ask for updates from time to time so the team stays informed, but this is not a micromanaged role.
