JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a high-level systems architect to build and deploy an AI-powered CRM operating system inside GoHighLevel using MCP (Model Context Protocol), automation workflows, and structured pipeline logic.

This is NOT a basic funnel-building role. We are building a multi-agent AI system that will manage lead qualification, nurturing, pipeline movement, and internal operations.

You must understand both:
- GoHighLevel deeply
- AI-driven automation systems (MCP, agents, structured prompts)

Scope of Work:

- Set up and configure MCP integration within GoHighLevel
- Architect and deploy 2 AI agents:
- Pepper (sales, qualification, pipeline control)
- Legacy (education, nurture, reactivation)
- Build structured workflows with clean trigger logic
- Design pipeline stages, tagging systems, and contact segmentation
- Implement AI guardrails (allowed actions, escalation rules, compliance)
- Connect AI agents to CRM actions (tasks, notes, stage movement, messaging)
- Create knowledge base / prompt systems for agent behavior
- Test all automations and ensure system reliability
- Train internal team on how to control, adjust, and scale the system

Requirements:

- Proven experience with GoHighLevel (workflows, pipelines, automation)
- Experience working with AI integrations (OpenAI, agents, or MCP-like systems)
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture and data flow
- Ability to think in systems, not just tools
- Experience building scalable automation (not just one-off workflows)
- Clear communication and ability to train non-technical operators

- Experience with MCP or similar AI-agent frameworks
- Experience in sales automation, lead qualification systems, or high-ticket funnels
- Experience with webhook/API integrations
