Hey there! I’m looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Amazon VA to help me manage and scale my stores. I need someone who doesn't just "input data" but actually understands the mechanics of Amazon Seller Central and can help keep operations running like a well-oiled machine.
If you’re someone who spots an issue before I do, we’re going to get along great.
The Role & Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will involve a mix of operations, customer relations, and a bit of creative flair for our social presence.
-Reporting: Maintain daily and weekly stats (tracking sales, profit, and trends).
-Account Health: Constant monitoring to ensure we stay in Amazon's good graces.
-Customer Experience: * Handle all Customer Service inquiries.
---Review Management: Reach out to 1 & 2-star reviewers with refund offers and request removal of negative seller feedback.
---Review Requests: Run the Sellerise extension across all accounts.
-Logistics & Inventory:
---Maintain the Inventory Grid.
---Monitor pending FBM orders.
---Process shipping labels via Shipstation.
-Content & Marketing: * Manage Social Media (content creation + scheduling).
---Manage Amazon Posts (content creation + scheduling).
Work Schedule (EST)
This is a consistent, long-term position.
Mon – Wed: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Thu – Fri: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sat / Sun: 1 hour (Flexible timing)
Requirements
-Proven Amazon Experience: You know your way around Seller Central, FBM, and FBA.
-Tool Savvy: Experience with Sellerise and Shipstation is a massive plus.
-Analytical Mind: You’re comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets for profit tracking.
-Reliability: You show up on time and communicate clearly.
-Creativity: Ability to create simple, engaging content for Amazon Posts and Social Media.
