We run adventure tourism experiences across 10+ US locations — Adventure Tourism.
Customers call us every day ready to book. Your job is to close them, upsell them, and make sure everything is fulfilled correctly.
What you'll be doing:
Answering inbound calls from warm leads who are already interested
Asking discovery questions — who's coming, what's the occasion, first time?
Painting the experience so they feel it before they book
Closing on the call — getting the deposit or full payment before they hang up
Upselling packages, add-ons, and upgrades on every booking
Fulfilling bookings — confirming details, scheduling, coordinating with operators
You are the full cycle — from the first hello to making sure they show up
We are a third-party service. You'll be representing multiple adventure brands across different locations. We provide all the systems, scripts, and training you need.

Requirements:
Phone sales experience (even brief — we train the methodology)
Clear English accent — you'll be speaking with US customers
You understand the difference between answering questions and closing a sale
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
Available during US business hours
Responsible and detail-oriented — you handle fulfillment too, not just the sale
What we don't want:
Someone who gives the price and waits for the customer to decide
Someone who ends calls with "I'll send you more info"
Someone who treats every call like an information line
Compensation:
Base hourly rate + performance bonuses
$2 per confirmed booking
$2 per successful upsell
Top performers earn $10-12/hour effective rate
