We’re hiring a CRM Specialist (Klaviyo-focused) to own and optimize our full customer lifecycle—from welcome flows to retention and winback.
This is a full-time, long-term role for someone who is both strategic and hands-on and experienced in retail eCommerce.
Role Details
Employment Type: Full-time
Start: Immediate
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (AEST)
Compensation: $307/week (paid weekly)
What You’ll Do
-Build and optimize lifecycle flows (Welcome, Post-Purchase, Winback)
-Manage and execute
-Segment audiences and personalize messaging
-Run A/B tests and continuously improve performance
-Track and optimize key metrics (CTR, LTV, conversions, retention)
Must-Haves
-3+ years experience in retail eCommerce CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing
-Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segmentation)
-Experience managing end-to-end campaigns and automations
-Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing strategy
Experience with:
Shopify
Google Sheets
Trello
OneNote
-Solid understanding of conversion and customer behavior
-Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and act on performance metrics
-Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Have
-Experience or understanding of Meta Ads
-Familiarity with Google Looker Studio
-Experience with loyalty or retention programs
