JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a highly organized, proactive Senior Ecommerce Manager to help run and improve our fast-growing ecommerce brand Bare Babe. Bare Babe is a fast-growing bra accessories brand in the U.S. market. We sell premium nipple covers, sticky bras, boob tape, and related products.

This role will focus primarily on Amazon, with additional support across Shopify and Faire. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of ecommerce operations, keep recurring tasks on track, improve listings, and help us execute promotions, launches, and platform updates.

This is not a basic VA role. We want someone detail-oriented, dependable, commercially aware, and strong at follow-through.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations across Amazon, Shopify, and Faire
- Set up and improve product listings
- Help optimize Amazon listings for conversion and visibility
- Manage promotions, pricing updates, and recurring platform tasks
- Help troubleshoot platform issues and work with support when needed
- Review listings and customer feedback to identify improvements
- Support product launches and marketplace expansion
- Help keep backend systems clean, accurate, and organized

Qualifications
- Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience with Faire is a plus
- Strong fluent English communication required
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Strong follow-through and ownership
- Comfortable working with data, systems, and recurring operational tasks
- Ecommerce brand experience strongly preferred

Position Details
- Full-time, 30–40 hours per week
- Remote
- Monthly salary
- Must have working hours that overlap reasonably with Thailand time to review work with the founder (Founder based in Thailand)
