JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

This is a hands-on design role sitting within a fast-moving B2B SaaS marketing team. You’ll be across everything from campaign creatives and social content to EDMs and brand assets — producing high-quality work at pace, across multiple formats and channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

Content Production (Approx. 80%)

- Social and paid ad creatives (Meta, LinkedIn, and others)
- Campaign rollouts and design variations across the funnel
- Collaborating with the growth team to bring strategy to life visually
- High-volume output without compromising on quality or intentionality
- Social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- EDM design (HubSpot)
- Marketing collateral — one-pagers, brochures, sales enablement assets
- Supporting blog and visual content creation

Website & Landing Pages (Approx. 10%)

- Landing page layouts and updates
- Website content refinements and visual improvements
- Basic UX thinking applied to conversion-focused pages

Brand & Identity (Approx. 10%)

- Contributing to visual identity and brand consistency
- Supporting brand guidelines, templates, and rollout

About You

You’re a mid to senior designer who:

- Has a strong foundation in design principles — hierarchy, layout, typography, clarity
- Can work at pace without letting quality slip
- Brings ideas to the table, not just execution
- Is comfortable switching between formats and briefs
- Enjoys working collaboratively and communicating openly

You have a genuine interest in how design connects to marketing and business outcomes. You’re curious about what makes content perform — not just what makes it look good.

We're a fully remote team based in Australia (with tea ---------- mbers across APAC) running a marketing SaaS product.

Skills & Experience

- Experience across graphic and digital design, ideally in a SaaS, startup, marketing or agency environment
- Strong proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Confidence using Canva for fast-paced content production
- Ability to produce work that is consistent, on-brand, and intentional across digital formats
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative team
- Tertiary qualification in communication design or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Desirable (Not Essential)

- EDM platform experience (HubSpot or equivalent)
- CMS experience (we use Webflow but also like WordPress, Squarespace)
- UI/UX tools (Figma)
- Basic understanding of web structure and layout
- Familiarity with AI tools in design workflows
