Experienced Marketing Virtual Assistant (Instagram, Ads, Website) – Healthcare & Wellness Brands

???? About Me / Business:

I run a growing healthcare clinic and a personal brand focused on women’s health, PCOS, and postpartum wellness. I am looking for a long-term marketing assistant who can help execute my strategy across Instagram, websites, and paid ads.

I am the lead strategist — I need someone who can take direction and independently execute high-quality marketing tasks consistently.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:
???? Social Media (Instagram – 2 accounts)
Edit and post Instagram reels and carousels
Write captions based on guidelines I provide
Schedule content using tools (Later / Meta Business Suite)
Repurpose content across both accounts.

???? Website Management (Clinic + Personal Brand)
Update website pages (Squarespace)
Upload blog posts and optimize formatting
Create/edit landing pages for lead magnets or offers
SEO updates (titles, keywords, meta descriptions) regularly
Google business profile updates regularly

???? Paid Ads (Meta / Instagram / Facebook)
Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns
Test audiences and creatives
Monitor performance (CPL, CTR, conversions)
Make small optimizations based on results
Report weekly performance summary

???? General Marketing Support
Organize content calendar
Suggest improvements based on performance
Help maintain consistency across both brands
Light email marketing support (if needed)

???? Who I’m Looking For:
2+ years experience in social media management or digital marketing
Strong experience with Instagram content + reels editing and posting across all platforms
Experience running Meta/Facebook ads (must have)
Comfortable with Squarespace / WordPress / Wix / website editing
Excellent written English (important for captions + communication)
Ideally has worked with coaches, clinics, wellness or healthcare brands
Can work independently and take ownership of tasks
Detail-oriented and consistent
