What You'll Do

About the Role of Accounting and Payroll Specialist
1. Conduct end-to-end payroll computation, processing, and reporting with accuracy and timeliness
2. Prepare, review, and maintain financial reports to support management decisions and audit requirements
3. Ensure full compliance with BIR and other local regulatory requirements, including timely filing and remittance of statutory obligations (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, withholding taxes, etc.)
4. Maintain accurate and organized accounting records within the Xero accounting system
5. Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and schedules
6. Perform field work as needed, including visits to government agencies, banks, client sites, or other offices for accounting and payroll-related matters
7. Safeguard confidential financial, payroll, and employee information at all times

What We're Looking For
1. Part time availability, Hybrid work setup. Preferably residing within the south of Metro Manila for ease of field work coordination
2. Excellent background in payroll processing and general accounting
3. Strong understanding of BIR regulations and other local statutory and regulatory requirements
4. Proven experience in preparing financial reports and supporting audit processes
5. Strong hands-on experience with the Xero accounting system
6. CPA license is an advantage but not required
7. High level of integrity — you understand that this is a position of trust and are committed to observing and practicing the highest standards of confidentiality and data privacy
8. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet strict deadlines
9. Willing and able to perform field work when required
