About Jonez Filmz
We are a real estate and commercial media company based in Spokane, Washington. We shoot professional listing videos, walk-throughs, agent promos, and business content for clients across Spokane and North Idaho. We are a fast-growing team and we take pride in delivering clean, polished, high-quality content that helps our clients sell homes and grow their businesses.
We are looking for a reliable, long-term tea ---------- mber — not a one-off freelancer. If you are great at your craft and want stable, ongoing work with a US-based company, this role is for you.

What You Will Be Doing
Editing real estate listing videos (walk-throughs, highlight reels, drone footage)
Cutting agent promo videos and social media clips
Color grading footage shot on Sony A7S III and Sony A7 III
Syncing cuts to music and following provided style guides
Delivering exports in correct formats for MLS, social media, and web
Communicating clearly via messaging about project status and questions

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of video editing experience
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro — this is non-negotiable
Strong sense of pacing, music sync, and visual flow
Reliable internet connection and computer capable of handling 4K footage
Ability to meet 24–48 hour turnaround times on standard projects
Portfolio or sample work showing real estate or cinematic video edits

Nice to Have
Experience with Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, titles, transitions)
Previous real estate video editing experience
Familiarity with MLS video standards
