Short-Form Video Editor (E-commerce Ads | AI + UGC Content)
We’re looking for a high-level short-form video editor who understands what makes content convert — not just look good.
This role is focused on creating performance-driven video ads for platforms like Meta

What You’ll Be Doing
Editing short-form video ads (15–45 seconds)
Creating UGC-style content that feels native and organic
Using AI video tools (we’ll train you) to generate content at scale
Iterating on creatives based on performance (hooks, pacing, structure)
Producing ~10+ videos per week (1–2 per day)
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience editing e-commerce ads
Strong understanding of what performs on Meta/TikTok
Ability to create high-retention, engaging content
Skilled in tools like CapCut (or similar)
Experience in AI generation video tools
Strong English communication
Fast turnaround times and attention to detail
Bonus (Not Required)
Experience working with UGC creators or scripting
Understanding of direct response marketing
Familiarity with testing hooks/angles
Compensation
Base pay (weekly or monthly)
Performance bonuses based on output & results
