JOB OVERVIEW

We're a growing ecommerce brand and we're looking for a talented, full-time video editor to join our team - someone who knows how to stop the scroll on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok and turn viewers into customers.

Responsibilities:
- Editing raw footage into polished, high-converting video ads for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Creating multiple cuts and variations of ads to support A/B testing
- Producing a range of content formats
- Working from creative briefs to deliver content that aligns with campaign goals
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting turnaround deadlines
- Staying across platform trends and proactively suggesting fresh creative approaches to combat ad fatigue

About you:
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Capcut
- Proven experience editing direct-response or performance-focused video ads
- You understand how to hook a viewer in the first 3 seconds and keep them watching
- Strong eye for pacing, music selection, and on-screen text that drives action
- Able to adapt your editing style to suit different brand guidelines and audience types
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage your own workload without needing constant supervision
- Genuinely passionate about social media and keeping up with what's working right now
