JOB OVERVIEW

We are an education company looking for a highly confident and clear communicator to manage all phone interactions with our leads and customers.

This is a full-time, long-term role. You will be the main point of contact for inbound and outbound calls, responsible for explaining our courses clearly, guiding customers, and ensuring every interaction is handled with confidence, accuracy, and consistency.

This is not a pushy sales role. It is about strong communication, product knowledge, and building trust.

Your Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from new leads and existing customers
Make outbound calls to follow up and re-engage leads
Clearly and confidently explain our courses and services
Support customers with questions about their courses
Maintain a consistent, professional telephone manner on every call
Learn and become an expert in all courses and products
Use company systems and tools confidently to manage calls and information
Follow processes exactly and never provide incorrect information

What We Are Looking For
Excellent spoken English that is clear, confident, and easy to understand
Strong and consistent telephone manner
High level of confidence when speaking on the phone
Fast learner who can quickly understand and retain product knowledge
Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
Reliable, disciplined, and able to follow instructions exactly
Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation
Starting rate: $5 - $7 per hour
Pay increases biannually
