JOB OVERVIEW

The Ecommerce Merchandising Coordinator manages the operational side of our Shopify store and product catalog. You will build and maintain product pages, manage collections, edit meta fields, and ensure that every product is presented accurately and consistently across the store. You will work closely with our existing Ecommerce Merchandising Assistant, who will cross-train you on our systems and SOPs, and collaborate with our web team and design team to support product launches and catalog updates.

**Key Responsibilities**

Shopify Product Management

- Build and update product pages including titles, descriptions, meta fields, tags, pricing, and images
- Organize and maintain Shopify collections, including sort order and merchandising logic
- Ensure all product pages meet brand standards for completeness, consistency, and visual presentation
- Support product launches and catalog updates in coordination with the broader team

Product Catalog Systems

- Maintain and update the Product Catalog in Notion
- Keep Notion and Shopify in sync across product names, SKUs, statuses, and assets
- Flag missing information, broken links, or inconsistencies in the catalog

Merchandising & Store Experience

- Assist with navigation structure and collection organization so products are easy to find
- Work on product page templates to ensure a consistent store experience
- Support campaign alignment by ensuring product pages and collections reflect active marketing priorities

Cross-functional Coordination

- Work closely with the existing Ecommerce Merchandising Assistant and web team
- Communicate weekly priorities and task updates through Slack
- Coordinate with the design team and production team to ensure assets are ready before pages go live

**Qualifications**

- Hands-on Shopify experience is required, including product pages, collections, tags, and meta fields
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Experience working in Notion or similar project management tools
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, and Dropbox
- Analytical eye for store organization, product presentation, and page completeness
- Ability to work independently and manage your own weekly task list
- Strong written English
- Experience with Klaviyo for basic product-related tasks is a plus
- Ecommerce merchandising or catalog coordination background preferred
