JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced QuickBooks Bookkeeper to clean up and finalize our 2025 financial records.

The business operates through a mix of online sales and in-person transactions, with multiple payment methods.

We need someone who can ensure our books are:

Fully organized
Properly categorized
Accurately reconciled
Ready for tax filing
Responsibilities:
Clean up all 2025 transactions in QuickBooks Online
Categorize income and expenses correctly
Reconcile:
Bank accounts
Credit cards
Payment platforms (including manual payment entries)
Match payouts vs deposits
Identify and fix discrepancies
Deliver clean, accurate financials (P&L, etc.)
Requirements (MUST HAVE):
Strong experience with QuickBooks Online
Experience cleaning up messy or incomplete books
Experience with retail or e-commerce businesses
Ability to reconcile multiple payment methods
High attention to detail

Bonus (Preferred):
Experience with Shopify or similar platforms
Experience with inventory-based businesses
Familiarity with US bookkeeping standards

Compensation:
Fixed project rate OR hourly (based on experience)
Potential for ongoing monthly work
