JOB OVERVIEW

We are an established and growing YouTube content agency working with multiple clients producing premium long-form talking head content. We're looking for editors who take genuine pride in their craft and want to grow with a team that values excellence and creativity.
About the Work:

Editing sit-down talking head videos, typically 12–20 minutes in final length
Heavy, purposeful B-roll usage — you know how to find the right shot to complement what's being said, not just fill space
Clean, creative on-screen text and graphics that enhance the story without cluttering the screen
You bring creative ideas to the edit — transitions, pacing, visual storytelling
Multiple client channels, each with their own style and voice

What We're Looking For:

Expert-level use of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
Strong understanding of retention-based editing — hooks, pacing, keeping viewers watching
Deep knowledge of copyright rules around music, footage, graphics and sound effects
Skilled at sourcing copyright-free or properly licensed assets
Creative, innovative, and not afraid to try new approaches
Takes feedback well, revises quickly, and adapts to each client's style
Excellent English communication — responsive, clear, and professional
Available during US business hours
Able to deliver full long-form edits within 48–72 hours at the highest quality

Compensation:

Pay is based on quality and output — our best editors earn well into the thousands per month
Ongoing, stable, full-time work
The better you perform, the more work and higher pay you receive
