ROLE OVERVIEW

Resurge Tax & Bookkeeping is hiring 2 high-performance sales closers to convert leads into paying clients for our bookkeeping and tax services.

You will be speaking with small business owners (barbers, salons, cleaning businesses, contractors) and closing them into monthly service packages.

This is a production-based role for serious sales professionals only.

COMPENSATION (IMPORTANT – POSITIONED RIGHT)
• $2.50/hour draw (advance against commission)
• 10% commission per closed account

Example Earnings:
• $297 client ? ~$30 commission
• $497 client ? ~$50 commission
• $997 client ? ~$100 commission

If you produce, you earn. If you don’t, this role is not for you.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
• 50+ outbound calls per day
• Follow up with inbound leads
• Conduct discovery calls
• Close minimum 3 deals per week
• Maintain consistent pipeline activity

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Call and follow up with leads
• Generate your own opportunities
• Qualify and present services
• Handle objections and close deals
• Track activity and results

?

REQUIREMENTS
• Clear English (little to no accent)
• Sales experience REQUIRED
• Lead generation experience REQUIRED
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping or financial services
• Strong confidence on the phone
• Reliable internet + quiet workspace

Flexible between:
7:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
