ABOUT MINISTRY OF GROWTH
Ministry of Growth is an embedded growth partner for online creators. We go inside their businesses, build the revenue engine, and operate it alongside them. Revenue share — we only win when they win.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Not just someone who can set up GHL. We need someone who maps the client journey before touching the platform, builds clean systems with clear logic, documents everything with SOP videos and walkthroughs, and keeps it all running without anyone having to ask. Ideally, you've done this inside a digital marketing agency or for online creators, coaches, or course businesses — you understand what's at stake when a funnel breaks.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Map the full client journey first — understand every touchpoint before building in GHL
- Build GHL sub-accounts from scratch — pipelines, custom fields, tags, calendars, forms, payment integrations
- Set up the complete automation flow: lead capture ? nurture ? booking ? reminders ? no-show recovery ? post-call ? won/lost
- Wire email and SMS copy into sequences with correct triggers, delays, and conditions
- Build and deploy snapshots for consistent client setups
- Test everything end-to-end before launch
- Monitor daily — find problems before they find you
- Write SOPs and record Loom walkthroughs for every system
- Manage Notion workspaces and Slack channels per client

MUST-HAVES
- 3+ years personally building inside GHL
- Background in digital marketing — agencies, funnels, or creator businesses
- You plan and map before you build
- SOP writing and walkthrough recording is part of your process
- Notion and Slack for daily async comms
- EU business hours overlap
- Strong written English

BIG PLUS IF YOU HAVE
Experience inside a digital marketing agency or with online coaches, course creators, or info product businesses — you already understand funnels, paid traffic, and what it means when a lead leaks.

NOT A FIT IF
- You skip documentation and go straight to building
- You've never written an SOP or recorded a walkthrough
- Your monitoring is reactive, not proactive
- You've only worked in non-marketing industries
