Sail Away Media is a performance-driven TikTok marketing agency working with both lead generation and eCommerce clients. We specialize in high-converting creative and fast-paced content production.

We’re looking for a talented Video Editor who can create engaging, scroll-stopping content for TikTok and paid social platforms.

Responsibilities
Edit short-form video content for TikTok, Meta, and other social platforms
Turn raw footage into high-performing, conversion-focused ads
Work closely with the creative and strategy team to execute concepts
Maintain fast turnaround times while ensuring quality and consistency
Iterate on edits based on performance feedback and creative direction
Requirements
Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools
Strong understanding of TikTok-style editing and trends
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment
Excellent communication skills, including asking questions and clarifying direction when needed
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative briefs
Can also create video thumbnails
