JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a data-driven media buyer to manage and optimize paid traffic across Facebook and Google.

This is NOT a basic VA role.

We want someone who understands performance marketing, testing, and scaling campaigns profitably — and knows how to leverage AI tools to improve results.

Schedule:
10 hours per week
5 hours/day, 2 days per week (flexible on which days)

Responsibilities:
Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns on Facebook and Google
Analyze key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
Run structured A/B tests (creative, copy, audiences)
Identify winners and scale them
Cut losing campaigns quickly
Use AI tools to assist with ad creation, testing, and optimization
Generate clear weekly performance reports using AI tools
Participate in 2x monthly 30-minute Zoom calls to review performance and strategy

Requirements:
Proven experience with BOTH Facebook Ads and Google Ads
Strong understanding of direct-response marketing
Ability to analyze data and make decisions (not guess)
Experience with testing frameworks and scaling strategies
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Comfortable on video calls (Zoom)
Experience using AI tools to create, manage, and optimize campaigns

Compensation:
$500/month (appx ? ?30,000/month) for 10 hrs/week (~40 hrs/month)
Performance bonus: up to $250/month (appx ? ?15,000) based on hitting agreed KPIs

To Apply (REQUIRED — read carefully!!!):

Include answers to ALL of the following:

What is the highest monthly ad spend you’ve personally managed?
Give one example of a campaign you improved — what was the CPA before and after?
What do you do when a campaign starts losing performance?
What AI tools do you use as a media buyer?
How do you use AI to improve campaign performance, testing, or reporting?
Include a 2–3 minute video link introducing yourself and explaining why you’re a good fit (loom, talki, etc)
---(Do not send Google Drive downloads — must be a clickable video link)---
Start your application with the word: "Scale"

***Applications that do not follow instructions will not be considered.

We are looking for someone long-term who can help us scale campaigns profitably and leverage AI to stay ahead.

More hours are available (if desired) for the right person.
