Social Media & Marketing Assistant (Go High Level + Content + Blogs)

Part-Time | ~25 Hours/Week | Long-Term Role

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented marketing assistant to help manage and grow our online presence.

This is not just posting content. We need someone who can follow direction, stay organized, and execute consistently.

Your Responsibilities
Schedule and post content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
Write captions, blogs, and basic website content
Build and manage campaigns in GoHighLevel
Set up email campaigns, automations, and follow-ups
Repurpose content (turn 1 idea into multiple posts)
Keep content organized and consistent
Assist with basic marketing tasks as needed
Requirements
Excellent written English (very important)
Experience with Go High Level OR similar tools (ClickFunnels, HubSpot, etc.)
Strong attention to detail
Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Must be available to work 9am–5pm PST (Canada time)
Reliable internet and good communication
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with SEO or blog writing
Canva or basic graphic design skills
Experience with service-based businesses (construction, real estate, etc.)
