I’m Sensei Nate, a pool player and content creator with a rapidly growing presence, building a community around smart, creative, and engaging pool. I create pool instruction and culture content for serious, engaged players who live and breathe the game.

Role Summary
I’m looking for a part-time Social Media Content Manager who is also a real pool player, deeply engaged in pool culture. You’ll help me plan, write, and design posts for Facebook and Instagram so I can focus on higher-level content and business.

Key Responsibilities

Write captions and post text for Facebook and Instagram that sound like my brand voice (I’ll provide examples and guidelines).

Create simple texts posts, and 1x1 image posts (quotes, tips, shot concepts, culture/ ---------- s) using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or whatever platform you work fastest in.

Use AI image tools like Nano Banana and similar models to create and refine visuals when helpful.

Upload and schedule content using Post Planner.

Organize content into a consistent weekly schedule (~10 hours/week).

What I’ll Provide

Clear brand voice documents, examples of past posts, and design guidelines to keep everything consistent and easy.

Access to Post Planner and approved AI/design tools as needed.

Ongoing feedback so we can quickly dial in your work and build a smooth, repeatable system.

Must-Have Qualifications

Strong English writing skills and ability to write concise, engaging social media copy.

Solid pool playing background and active interest in pool culture (you watch matches, follow players, know common terms and situations). Pool culture and knowledge is a delicate universe, and cannot be faked. I will know very quickly if you're not a player.

Experience creating social media graphics with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or any other tool you prefer.

Reliable, organized, and able to hit deadlines with minimal supervision.

There will be a screening call for anyone shortlisted for the position to make sure we're aligned and your qualifications match the needs of the role.

Big Plus If You:

Are an active pool player, with deep knowledge and interest in the subject matter.

Have experience with scheduling tools like Post Planner or similar platforms.

Can suggest content ideas based on what’s trending in the pool world (without needing me to prompt every single post).

Hours & Compensation

Approximately 10 hours per week, flexible schedule but with agreed weekly deadlines.

Long-term role if we work well together, with potential to grow responsibilities as a creative partner.
