I hope you’re doing well!

I’m reaching out because I’m currently looking for a video editor + social media assistant to join me in growing a podcast and media brand.

This role is more than just editing, I’m looking for someone who understands:
Storytelling
Viral content
Pacing, emotion, and audience retention

My content is centered around podcast conversations that focus on money, mindset, culture, and real, unfiltered discussions. The style is raw, engaging, and thought-provoking, not overly polished or corporate.

I also have social media clients who need video editing for their short form content and viral reels.

What you’d be helping with:

Editing short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Linkedin posts)

Creating engaging clips from podcast episodes
Adding captions, zooms, and clean cuts for retention
Identifying viral ---------- nts for my long form podcast.

Assisting with social media posting and content organization.

What I’m looking for:

Experience editing for social media
Strong understanding of what makes content go viral
Familiarity with AI editing tools
Good communication and reliability
Ability to match a specific editing style (I’ll provide examples)

This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow as the brand expands. We would likely start part-time and build from there.
